The Russian seaports have sold abroad at 90% more of sunflower oil in 2017
Until the end of 2017, the Russian seaports have significantly increased the volume of export of soya bean and sunflower oil, to 450 thousand tons and 1,4 million tons respectively. In percentage correlation, the export of sunflower oil has increased at 90% and soya bean at 54%. The sale of rape oil has grown less. The growth was 10% compared with 2016.
However, the dynamics change radically, if the results are measured in oil cakes. From this position, supplies of sunflower oil in 2017 decreased by more than 50 thousand tons, and soybean – by 59 thousand tons. The volume of rapeseed meal increased by 11%.
The last year leading export ports were Rostov-on-Don, Kaliningrad and Novorossiysk, shipped 930,000 tons, 928,000 tons and 450,000 tons of oil products to foreign markets, respectively.
The main importers of Russian oils were Turkey, Norway and Algeria. In addition, in 2017, the maximum volumes of meals were delivered to the Netherlands and Finland.
The Ukrainian seaports also gave good results in exports increasing: last year almost 8 million tons of vegetable oil were sent from the harbors for sale, which is 26% higher than the results of 2016.

Dear partners! Beware of scammers!
Kaissa Oil has become a victim of fraudsters. We have become aware of the illegal use of our trademark, name and logos of our company. When drawing up commercial offers, letters or contracts for the supply of sunflower oil, fraudsters use symbols similar to the corporate symbols of the Kaissa group.
The actions of such organizations are fraudulent and are aimed at receiving an advance payment without further shipment of sunflower oil.
Fraudsters, posing as representatives of the Kaissa , using the email [email protected] and the website http://kaisaoil.com (using one letter “S” instead of doubled), offer sunflower oil supplies to our partners, using contact details which do not belong to us. They also offer to make prepayment to the accounts of fraudsters.
Kaissa Oil uses only “[email protected]” and the website https://kaissaoil.com/ in its activities and communication (please note that the name of our company uses doubled letters “S” in our title).
We would like to pay your attention to the fact that the Kaissa Oil includes the following industrial complexes: Oil processing plant, Refining and deodorizing plant “VVVV” LLC and oil bottling factory “SUN LIGHT” LLC.
